WELCOME TO J & L CREATIONS   Store & Shipping Policies    Due to the nature of our business we can only accept returns on our clothing products only. No other products my be returned due to the nature of our business. We will accept return with in five day from purchase date. Clothing must be in original packaging and not washed. There will be a 15% restocking fee and no refund will be given for shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. We will give store credit for the purchased amount less shipping charges. If you have a return please email us with the reason why you are returning it. We will not accept returns unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. Order cancellations. Orders may be cancelled with 24 hours from purchase. Some items will ship the same day as ordered. Once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled. No exceptions.   Payment: We accept the following, cash (only if picking up from our facility, do not send cash through mail), certified checks, money order and the following through paypal. If payment is not received within 5 days your order will be a cancelled. You can mail your payments to J & L creations 3378 S. Lakeshore Rd Harbor Beach, MI 48441   Shipping~ We make every effort to ship items within 3 days of the purchase date. Special or large orders may take longer. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will send shipping notification letting you know when your order will be shipped out. On larger orders you will be given an estimate on shipping. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to call us with your questions or concerns. Please leave a message if no one answers. ~~ We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are shipped. We recommend that you purchase the insurance. It is listed in the misc. products. ~~ ~For international orders please e-mail the office and we will get you a shipping rate. International orders are also responsible for all taxes and tariffs. Please email us your orders ~ Customer pick ups~~ Please contact our office to set up a pick up time. We ask that you give us at least 2-3 days notice prior to pick ups.   We also rely on our website to keep our clerical duties to a minimum. But if you need to contact us please call (989) 551-5571. If we do not answer we may be unable to come to the phone due to being in the warehouse and are unable to hear the phone.
